How long should I expect to be in counseling?
That’s entirely up to you. I work with clients in both short and long term capacities. After an initial consult, you’ll receive a Good Faith Estimate, which will give you a breakdown of the number of sessions to plan for.
Choosing the right counselor feels hard.
Yes, it is overwhelming. Setting up a free consultation can help you decide if your counselor is a good match for you. If it’s not a good fit, I’ll graciously guide you to other great counselors; no questions asked!
What are your qualifications?
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in Perinatal Mental Health. I am also a Birthing From Within mentor and am continuously furthering my education and skill set.
